hi, I’m carly rainé (they/name)

I’m an integrative wellness practitioner with a focus on helping people (especially neurodivergent, queer, and gender-expansive people) manage and release stress, cultivate a better relationship with themselves and others, and address experiences of developmental and interpersonal traumas to promote healing.

My clients want to grow their sense of inner stability and agency, the quality of their connections and self-expression, and their satisfaction and enjoyment of life.

Sometimes, it can be hard to just get by day to day. I hope therapy can help you feel less alone and more resourced to cultivate the safety, security, and fulfillment you deserve.

I identify as white, neurodivergent, genderqueer, and queer. My pronouns are they/them. In addition to my important role as a psychotherapist, I work as a clinical training project manager for a child welfare agency. I look forward to connecting with you if you feel called to reach out.

my approach

My practice is identity-affirming and consent-based with a focus on collaboration, curiosity, and providing you with stable support and guidance as we explore your felt experience of life, routines, and circumstances. I prioritize your autonomy throughout our work together and incorporate psychodynamic, somatic, and attachment-based approaches.

my training

I received my MA in Expressive Arts Counseling Psychology from California Institute of Integral Studies.

I have training in Polarity Therapy, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Integral Anatomy, and hold two professional certificates in clowning and physical theater.
